Terms and Conditions

By booking with 203 Sign Designs, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Rental Period

All yard card displays are rental items and remain the property of 203 Sign Designs. Standard rentals are for 24 hours unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

2. Payment

Payment is required in full to reserve your date. Bookings are confirmed once payment is received.

​

3. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund.

• Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance may be subject to a $25 cancellation fee.

• No refunds will be given due to weather, unless extreme conditions (lightning, snow, high winds) prevent setup.

4. Location Requirements

• Please do NOT mow, trim, or edge the lawn while the display is in place.

• Please do NOT move, remove, or rearrange the signs for any reason. Contact us if adjustments are needed.

5. Liability

• 203 Sign Designs is not responsible for damage to underground utilities, sprinkler systems, or lawn treatments.

• The renter is responsible for damage of signs during the rental period. (Up to $25 Per Sign)

6. Safety and Respect

• Please do not allow pets or children to climb, stand, or play near or on the signs.

• Do not attach balloons or other objects to the signs, as they may cause damage.

7. Property Access

• By booking, you grant 203 Sign Designs access to the property for setup and removal, typically between 7 PM–11 PM (setup) and (pickup), unless otherwise arranged.

​

8. Photo Release

203 Sign Designs may photograph your display and use the images for marketing and social media. If you prefer not to have photos shared, please let us know in advance.
